Why do we process personal data and why are we entitled to it?

We process your personal data in different situations for different purposes. We will only process personal data for specific, explicit and lawful purposes and will not further process personal data in a way that is incompatible with those purposes.

If you visit the websites of our online store, where we also use cookies, we use your data primarily to determine the number of visitors and improve our services.

If you make a purchase from us, we use your information to process your order, protect our legal claims and meet our legal obligations. With the help of your contact information and other information, we can display and send you our customized offers at the same time. With your consent, we provide the information to third parties to display the offer on other websites as well as to allow you to access some additional services.

As part of our activity, we process personal data for different purposes and to different extents, namely:

  1. without your consent on the basis of the need to perform the contract, our legitimate interest or for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, or

We also provide the data to our processors, who process it in accordance with our instructions.

All described personal data is processed by us as a controller. This means that we determine the purposes defined above, which of your personal data we collect and the methods of processing, and we are responsible for its proper implementation.

We may also pass on your personal data to other entities (our business partners), which also have the function of a controller, namely:

  • in connection with the processing of your order to our partners involved in the processing of the order (partners who manage payment systems for the provision of payments, especially in relation to payment cards, and the transport partner).

  • you have exercised your right to object to the processing of data (see section Right to object to the processing of data below) for personal data that we process on the basis of our legitimate interest, and we recognize that more legitimate interests that would justify further processing of this data we don't have but

  • you assume that the processing of personal data that we carry out is no longer in accordance with generally binding legal regulations.

However, please be aware that even if any of the reasons described are met, this does not mean that all your personal data will be deleted immediately. However, this right cannot be exercised if the processing of your personal data continues to be necessary to fulfill our legal obligations or to determine, enforce or defend our legal claims.

However, we may not be able to provide you with one or more of our services, which cannot be provided without personal information, after revoking your consent to the processing of personal data.

The exercise of the above rights in no way affects your right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority. You can exercise this right in particular if you suspect that we are processing your personal data unjustifiably or in contravention of generally binding legal regulations.

 

   11. LEGAL INFORMATION

The provisions of this policy supplement and do not repeal the provisions of the legislation in the field of personal data protection. In the event of a discrepancy between this policy and the provisions of the legislation in the field of personal data protection, the provisions of the legislation shall apply.

In this policy, the terms have the meanings set out in this point:

  • Contact point for the protection of personal data means the contact point through which you can address your questions or requests to the controller regarding this policy and / or (processing) of your personal data and which will deal with such questions and requests. Unless we inform you otherwise, you can reach the contact point for the protection of personal data as described in Chapter 3 ("Who can you contact if you have any questions or requests?").

    • Personal information is any information that relates directly to you or on the basis of which you can be identified, such as your name, telephone number, email address, vehicle identification number (VIN), geolocation, etc.

    • Processing means the collection, access and all other forms of use of your personal data.
